There are 4 warp zones in chapter 1-5, one in each world is a character unlock and doesn't count for the achievement. A tip is to make sure you get all the bandages in each zone as it's a good way to keep track of the ones you've already beaten.
As if Super Meat Boy wasn't already challenging enough, there are Achievements for completing each Chapter without dying. The levels can be completed in any order, using any characters (excluding Steve and Meat Ninja). Warp zones, glitch worlds and bosses don't need to be completed for these Achievements to unlock. Super Meat Boy has unlockable characters that can be obtained, provided the player either beats a character specific warp zone or collects enough Bandages. The XBLA/PS4/Vita/Wii U and Steam versions have different characters, but some have similar abilities (Gish and Headcrab are very similar, and Bandage Girl and Brownie plays the same as Meat Boy).
