Oct 26, 2015 Super Meat Boy is a platform game developed by Team Meat and is the successor to Edmund McMillen's and Jonathan McEntee's flash game, Meat Boy, originally released on Newgrounds in October 2008. It was released on Xbox Live Arcade on October 20, 2010 and is released on Windows, and Mac in November 2010.

C.H.A.D. is a variant of Chub and behaves almost the same way as his template.
Super Meat Boy Forever. After being presumably defeated in Meat Boy's first adventure, Dr. Fetus is said to make a return in Super Meat Boy Forever, presumably having the same role as well. In the trailer for the game, he is seen kidnapping Nugget, Meat Boy and Bandage Girl's 'little bundle of joy'. Welcome to the Super Meat Boy Wiki! Behavior[edit | edit source]
C.H.A.D. charges at Isaac whenever he is in line of sight and occasionally spawns multiple Suckers. As it gets damaged, C.H.A.D. shrinks in size and increases speed, making it harder to hit. Just like Chub and Carrion Queen, C.H.A.D can easily be stopped by placing bombs in front of him when performing his charge attack.

- C.H.A.D. is a cameo from Super Meat Boy, a game by Edmund McMillen.
- In Super Meat Boy, it is the boss of Chapter 2: The Hospital.
- When defeated in Super Meat Boy, C.H.A.D. would shrink to a smaller version of itself. Getting smaller during the fight in Rebirth and the item Little C.H.A.D. are allusions to this.
- The name C.H.A.D. is a reference to the 1984 horror film C.H.U.D., confirmed by Edmund.
- Despite C.H.A.D. normally being speculated to stand for 'Cute, Huge and Deadly,' Edmund McMillen had confirmed that it doesn't stand for that phrase.
- Using the Emergency Contact on C.H.A.D. then killing him while he is held will crash the game.
- C.H.A.D.'s secret for unlocking him says 'In The Depths' even though he is found in The Caves.
